JORDAN LAW
David Michael Jordan graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1997 with Bachelor's Degrees in both Political Science and Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Thereafter, Mr. Jordan attended New York Law School and later obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Indiana University - Bloomington.
Upon graduation, Mr. Jordan built, and has maintained, a private practice in which he has focused almost exclusively in the areas of criminal defense and family law. Mr. Jordan also represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
Mr. Jordan is an experienced trial practitioner and negotiator. Mr. Jordan is a member of the Indiana Public Defender's Council, the Indiana Bar Association and the Wayne County Bar Association. Mr. Jordan has also written to, and argued before, both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Indiana.

J. Clayton Miller, Esquire
Clay Miller graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs. Thereafter, Mr. Miller worked in municipal government for three years. He then attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, graduating in 2000. At Drake, Mr. Miller earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Law School and a Masters of Public Administration Degree from the College of Business and Public Administration. Mr. Miller graduated from Law School with Honors.
Mr. Miller has enjoyed a lengthy and diverse civil and criminal law practice. He has experience in numerous areas of the law, including, but not limited to criminal defense, governmental, domestic relations, wills, estates, collections, business and real estate. Mr. Miller is also an experienced trial practitioner, having conducted a large number of bench trials and jury trials.
Mr. Miller’s commitment to this community extends far beyond his law practice. Mr. Miller is an elected member of Richmond Common Council and currently serves as Council President. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Richmond Power & Light and has been involved with many community organizations.
